Private Day Tour from Naples to Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano with Driver
This is a driver-only private day from Naples: a dedicated English-speaking driver, an air-conditioned car and an itinerary that can be reshaped to your preferences as long as the overall duration stays the same. Entrance tickets and a guide are not part of the price, which suits travelers who would rather set their own pace than follow a group.
The route runs Positano, Sorrento, then Pompeii. Positano is for boutiques, cafes and photos from the viewpoints. Sorrento is for the shopping streets, a limoncello tasting and a gelato by the sea. Pompeii is for the ancient villas and the Forum. Lunch is wherever you choose, and the driver can suggest restaurants on request.
Pickup works anywhere within Naples city limits, including hotels, ports, airports and train stations. Pickup in Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii or Herculaneum is not covered and has to be arranged with the operator beforehand.

Positano alleys, beach and viewpoints
Free time among Positano's alleys and boutiques, with the beach and several panoramic viewpoints. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta is tied to a legend about an icon of a Black Virgin, and the village grew around it.

Sorrento old town and Corso Italia
Piazza Tasso leads to the Vallone dei Mulini and to the Cloister of San Francesco, with its 14th-century arches and views of the Bay of Naples. The Correale Museum and the Cathedral of Saints Philip and James are further options. Corso Italia is the main shopping street for a coffee or a limoncello, Marina Grande has seafood restaurants and Bagni della Regina Giovanna has a natural pool.

Pompeii ruins and coral factory
Pompeii shows Roman daily life as the 79 AD eruption of Vesuvius left it. Sights include the Temple of Apollo, the Casa del Fauno and the amphitheater, along with mosaics, frescoes and sculptures. Outside the ruins, the modern town has traditional craftsmanship, including one of the oldest coral factories.
