Pompeii and Sorrento Coast Day Trip from Rome by Coach, Guided Option and Drink
This Rome day trip runs on a fixed timetable and starts from Piazzale Flaminio, with no hotel pickup. A coffee break in Cassino at 9:00 am comes first, arrival in Pompeii is at 10:45, the guided walk runs from 11:15 to 12:30, and the stay in Sorrento lasts from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. The bus is back in Rome at about 7:00 pm.
In Pompeii the licensed guide, when the guided option is selected, covers the Forum, the baths, the Lupanar, the House of the Faun and the plaster casts. Cart ruts, fountains, snack bars and even graffiti are still visible along the streets.
Sorrento is for time by the sea. One drink is included, and lunch from a local restaurant can be pre-selected and paid for on site. The coast road from Pompeii runs past cliffs and seaside villages on the way.

Arrive at Piazzale Flaminio 20, in front of Pizza Dolce Cucina, 20 minutes before departure. The tour manager holds a red flag. Late arrivals are non-refundable, and bad weather may change the itinerary. A WhatsApp confirmation is sent one day before the tour.
