Positano Viewpoint, Sorrento and Pompeii Day Tour from Naples or Salerno Port
Three stops, one air-conditioned vehicle, and a driver-host who talks through the route as it goes. The day starts from select pickup points in Naples, or from Salerno port for cruise passengers, and returns to the same place.
The Amalfi Coast part is a viewpoint stop above Positano, with time for photos of the houses stacked down the cliff. Sorrento comes next, for its lemon-scented streets, artisan shops and an optional limoncello tasting at a local factory. Pompeii closes the route, with its preserved streets, frescoes and the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD as the story behind them.
Tickets for the archaeological site are not part of the price, and a live licensed guide inside the ruins is a selectable option. The order of stops can change with conditions or group preference.

Positano viewpoint
A panoramic viewpoint above the colourful houses of Positano, which cascade down the cliff toward the Tyrrhenian Sea. A short stop for photos.

Sorrento
Sorrento is known for its lemon groves and as the birthplace of limoncello. Piazza Tasso leads to the Vallone dei Mulini, and Corso Italia is the main shopping street.

The Cloister of San Francesco has 14th-century arches, and the Bay of Naples is in view from the terraces.

Archaeological Park of Pompeii
Pompeii was frozen by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Highlights include the Temple of Apollo, the Casa del Fauno and the Amphitheater, plus mosaics, frescoes and sculptures. Beyond the ruins, the modern town has traditional craftsmanship, including one of the oldest coral factories.
