Herculaneum Skip-the-Line Ticket with Augmented Reality Glasses Tour

Smart glasses with augmented reality do the work a guidebook usually does. Visitors wear them while walking the archaeological site of Herculaneum, and holograms of temples, houses and other buildings appear over the real ruins, showing what the town looked like before the volcanic eruption of 79 AD. Archaeologists designed the walk.

The tour starts at the Herculaneum entrance, where a tour assistant hands out the glasses. Skip-the-line entry is part of the ticket, and the whole walk takes about two hours.
